It is our policy to retain the strictest confidentiality over the personal information of our customers.

Shipping Policy
The company will ship all merchandise  in the "Artworld" , "Topsellers", "Pictures of the Month", and "Valentine's Day" categories to customers within a period of 1 - 2 weeks upon receipt of payment.  All merchandise in the "Masterpiece Theatre" and "Signature (Litho)" categories will be shipped to customers within 4 – 6 weeks upon receipt of payment.  All orders will be shipped via express delivery service (i.e. Federal Express, UPS, etc.).

Return Policy

We do not accept returns however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 1 week of receipt "in good condition" for a site credit plus any applicable shipping fees.  Items such as "originals", "lithographs" and "glicees" cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

If you need to exchange an item...

PLEASE EMAIL stevenslarry@msn.com  FIRST FOR EXCHANGE INSRUCTIONS.  Items sent back damaged, or unsellable condition, will not be credited back to customer.  Please send exchanges well packaged and if necessary, by insured mail. Please include any Exchange Information you receive from us with the exchange. If you email us to make a change or cancellation to your order and it has already shipped, we will accept exchanges only.

 

If you receive the wrong item in your order...

 

Please EMAIL stevenslarry@msn.com  immediately. We will review your order and take steps quickly to correct the mistake.

 

If you have a question about an order you have placed...

 

Please EMAIL stevenslarry@msn.com- Include your name, email address, the date you placed your order and the items ordered. For the fastest response from us, respond directly from the order confirmation email you were sent after you placed your order. Please do not email us with incomplete information as we may not be able to find your order. 

Risk of Loss

All products purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

What is your Usage Policy for images on this site?
Art on this site cannot be modified or reproduced in any way. All images are © Larry Stevens. Larry's art has been registered in the US Copyright Office. Copyright registration protects the artist to a much greater extent including allowing the ability to civilly sue an infringer not only to cease and desist but to also recover any monetary compensation for damages.

Misuse of Art?
If you see the misuse of Larry's art anywhere (illegal commercial usage, usage against the usage policy, etc.) feel free to let us know. We've found that most people in violation are not doing so maliciously, they're just not aware of the law / policy.
